  • Project: “Cognitive Reserve as a Modifiable Factor on Alzheimer’s Disease Discordance: A Systematic Review of Evidence from Co-Twin Studies”.
  • Scale & Scope: Executed a systematic review adhering to PRISMA and PICOS frameworks, synthesising data from 8 primary longitudinal studies encompassing 846 twin pairs.
  • Technical Analysis: Engineered a random-effects meta-analysis model using R-Studio, conducting ‘leave-one-out’ sensitivity analyses (p<0.0001).
  • Impact: Calculated a pooled Odds Ratio of 0.57 (43% risk reduction). Awarded a First Class grade (93%).
